３人で食べたので、ちょっといっぱい食べすぎちゃいました
肉質は近江牛、飛騨牛のブランド牛もあり、質がとてもよかった！
特に飛騨牛のフィレはすごい肉質で絶品
焼いてくれた友人がベストな焼き加減にしてくれたから、もうそれはどれも美味しかった
ホルモンも脂もしっかりのりのりなホソとテッチャン
天肉もうまみがこかったなぁ
ホソと天肉がメニューにあると、京都だなってなりますね
テールスープはそばで！
寒くなってくると、テールスープが染みますわ
冷麺も王道で、さっぱりと〆れました
