朝食はバイキング方式です。
ホテルマンに朝食券を渡すと空いているテーブルに案内されます。
その後「食事中」のプレートをテーブル上に置いてくれます。
これで食事を取りに行ってテーブルに人が居なくても席が確保されます。
料理は和食と洋食が混在。
料理人が注文を受けてから出汁巻玉子を焼いてくれるサービスもあります。
このような出来立て料理サービス最近多いですね(^^)
京都の食材として湯葉、ジャコの焚き物、漬け物がありました。
朝食時の湯葉は胃に優しいですね。
また朝食バイキングで良く見かけるのがカレーライス。
日本人はカレーライスが国民食ですから食べる方も多いとは思いますが、海外から来られた方はどう思っているのでしょうか。
面白かった食材はハムカツと唐辛子ふりかけ((((；ﾟДﾟ)))))))
ハムカツは夜のメニュでお酒と一緒に食べるものと思っておりました。
朝からピリ辛のふりかけは眼が覚めます(^^;
食事を終了し、席を立つ時には「食事中」のプレートを持ってホテルマンに渡します。
レストラン外には部屋持ち帰り用のコーヒーサーバーと紙コップがあります。
