Chouga-san, located in the food district of Pontocho, I was able to enjoy Kyoto cuisine while looking out at the longed-for Kamogawa River! A lunch packed with ingredients unique to Kyoto, such as wheat gluten and raw yuba. At the end, chirashi Sushi and red miso soup came out, all of which were small and not enough for men. It may be, but if you plan on eating while walking, it might be just right! There were a lot of black kites and crows flying around, and people sitting and talking along the Kamo River were being attacked (lol) Mr. Chokawa's cooking is an elegant meal that really gives you a taste of Kyoto. There were many foreigners and the food was very delicious!
