丸太町通に面している蕎麦屋さん。すだちを浮かせたすだちそばなどが有名か。
3～4回目くらいの訪問。今回は花巻そばを選んだ。
炙った海苔とワサビを乗せた温かいそばのことである。
ここはワサビ後乗せ式のようだが。
シンプルなのだが、だから美味しい。
出汁の風味が炙られたのりの香りによって際立つ。
一口飲んでみると、ただのかけ蕎麦とは案外違うことに驚く。
嗅覚が活性化すると味覚まで影響されるんだな。
喉越しのよいそばも、この香りを旨味を吸ってするすると口に入ってくる。
案外、知られていないかもしれないが、これはなかなか美味しいメニューだ。
