I visited the French cuisine Restaurants "La Biography" in Chuo-ku, Kyoto City. It won the Tabelog Award 2019 Bronze. Restaurants is about a 3-minute walk from Karasuma-Oike Station on the Tozai Line. It is a restaurant located close to the station, about 227m away. It opened in September 2011. It is Restaurants in a house that is located inside Oike-dori. The green curtains are eye-catching. When you enter the restaurant, you can see the garden from the large windows, creating an open and bright space. The white tablecloths give an impression of cleanliness. The dishes that are brought to you seem to be consistent with the image of the restaurant, with white dishes and wooden items. Masahiro Takimoto, who is from Kyoto, has trained in France and Switzerland as well as at famous restaurants in Japan. Chef Takimoto, who inherited the skills of a pasteurizer in Paris, prepares delicate and careful dishes. The presentation is artistic and pleasing to the eye.
