以前サヴィのパフェ特集でこちらのコーヒーパフェが載っていたのをメモしていて、今回近くに用事があったので利用してみた。9時ごろ到着し、他のお客さんは1組程度。うまい具合に空いている時間に来れたようだ。
実はオズマガジンの朝食特集にも載っていたのだが、今回はパフェだけいただくことにする。
店頭には数種類の豆の試飲がおいてあり、自由に試すことができる。
これはフレンチプレスで淹れてあるので、オイルも含めて個性を試せる。
さてコーヒーパフェの感想。
2種類のコーヒーゼリーの香りの違いが楽しめるし、（おそらく）チョコチップのようなものも入っていて、そちらもかなり香り高い。アルコールが入っているのかと思ったほど。ケーキが意外と存在感があり、モッとした感じ。
ナッツ、コーヒー、チョコそれぞれのほろ苦さを楽しめる、大人向けのパフェだ。
店内にはルワンダ、キリマンジャロ、コロンビアについての本も置いてあり、混んでいなければコーヒーのことを学べそうだ。
