京都で名前をよく聞くチーズケーキ屋さんです。
お店の前を良く通ってたので気になってました。
いろんな種類のチーズケーキがありますが
迷わず定番のNYチーズケーキとアイスコーヒーを注文。
見た目は地味ですがチーズが濃厚
後味さっぱり
私が幼いころから知っているチーズケーキは
アプリコットジャムが塗られたスフレっぽいやつで
学生になって登場？したNYスタイルの
【第2のチーズケーキ】（←他を知らないので勝手に思っている）がこういう
グラハムクラッカーがボトムの
濃厚重ためチーズケーキです。
当時チーズが濃くて美味しい～(*´Д｀)と唸っていたものです。
いまや、ガトーフロマージュとかレアとかバスクとか。。。
いろいろありますが私が学生の頃、チーズケーキの種類がなかったもんで
当時を思い出す、懐かしい美味しさでした。
平日の14時ごろ行ったのでガラガラでした。
キャッシュレス対応されてます。
