友達の結婚祝いでランチフォーチュンコースを予約しました。
まずはかぼちゃのポタージュ。
甘くて濃厚でパンとの相性も抜群でした。
一緒に頼んだぶどうのお酒もめちゃくちゃ美味しくておかわりしました笑
2品目は選択したブリのカルパッチョ タプナードソース。
とても上品な味で、ブリの下に蕪が敷いてあって、意外な組み合わせだなと思ったけどめっちゃ合いました！
3品目、メインです。選択したのは牛ハラミのグリル自家製チミチュリソース。
プラス料金の料理ですがすごい満足度でした。
個人的にパクチーが苦手なのですが、ソースに入ってるとの事でしたが、全く癖もなく、お肉との相性が抜群で最高でした。
お肉はとても柔らかくて噛み切りやすかったです。
ソースはパンとも付属のポテトとも相性抜群でした。
デザートはこのお店でとても有名なバスク風チーズケーキを選択。
持ち帰りは予約制で、めちゃくちゃ人気だそうです。
お味はしっとりしていて上品な味わいでした。
チーズケーキの概念を覆す美味しさでした。
友達もとても満足してくれて良かったです。
お店の雰囲気もスタッフさんの雰囲気もサービスも最高でした。
また来たいと思います。
