シゴオワの夜遅く…、何かパンチの効いたものをガッツリ食べたくなり、やよい軒のこのメニューを思い出した。
見るからに、ボリューミーでパンチが効いていそう。
牛バラ肉、豚バラ肉、鶏モモ肉が、濃口醤油、味噌、コチュジャン、オリジナルのコク深い甘さのタレに漬け込まれ、豪快に炒めされた鉄板の定食！
醤油ベースのつけダレ、マヨネーズ、辛子味噌で味を変化させて、牛、豚、鷄を自由なアレンジで食べられるコンセプトが斬新だ。
当然、定食のごはんは、おかわり無限に自由。コスパ、最高だ。
今回は、玉子焼きも追加して、豪華な晩餐に。
ちなみに、肉倍盛り、３倍盛りのメニューもあるが、ちょっと値段設定が高いように思うので手を出していない。が、気になる。
