京都八百一本館１階にある ザブレッド ベーカリー
パン テイクアウトしました。
何といっても新鮮野菜が使われたパンが美味しい。
個人的にはですがブレッドだけを評価すると普通・・・
しかし総菜パンはピカイチ。むしろパンが引き立たない方がお野菜が美味しい＾＾
おかずがご飯を美味しくする感じです(笑) 米が美味しいとおかずが邪魔ですから。
一番おすすめ「九条葱のベーコンエピ」シャキシャキ葱が甘くて美味しい～
他、クロワッサン、バケット、クレッセントを購入しました。
クレッセントって好きなんです。バターの風味がともかく中身しっとりふわ、外がわの塩気の効いた固めな所が良い。
２階レストラン「セイボリー」で食べたしゃがいもパンも美味しかった。
リピートしますよ。お料理の様なパン。
