八百一本館内にあるパン屋さんということで、思い込みかもしれませんが、野菜を使った惣菜パンが多いように思いました。
今回は夕食用と朝食用、あわせて６点を購入。
夜の家呑み時に食べたのが「九条ねぎのベーコンエピ」と「ほうれん草のバトン」
全体的に味付けは薄味、エピのネギの部分が白味噌味になってるのが面白かったですが、やっぱりこういうパンにネギは合わないかな・・・
朝食時には「ツナごぼうパン」と「とろ～りカレーパン」
それに「ジャーマンポテトのタルティーヌ」と「照り焼きチキンのフォカッチャ」
こちらも具材はたっぷりですが、やはり薄味で、見た目のイメージよりもさっぱりと食べられました。
ツナごぼうは、どっさりゴマが練り込まれた生地に、ツナごぼうサラダがたっぷり。
カレーパンは特別「とろ～り」ではなかったですが、まあまあ普通の美味しさ。
タルティーヌはポテトがゴロゴロのっかっていて、それだけでお腹がふくれる感じ。
で、意外とヒットだったのが照り焼きチキンで、くどくない照り焼き味に水菜が入っているところが良かったですね。
