京都御所の程近くに店を構える「カフェ デ コラソン」さんに伺いました。
2012年6月にオープンしています。
アクセスは、地下鉄烏丸線 今出川駅より歩いて8分程です。
一条通から路地を曲がると珈琲のいい香りが漂います。
店は、小川通りに面しています。
店内にお邪魔すると名店「バッハ」のオーナーが開発したという高性能な焙煎機が出迎えてくれます。
店内は、ブラウンを基調とした大人の空間です。
店の奥の方にはテーブル席もありますが、カウンター席がメインのようです。
カフェ デ コラソンさんでは、パティシエによる自家製スイーツも楽しめるカフェです。
店主の川口氏は、東京の歴史あるコーヒー専門店「バッハ」で10年間修業を積まれています。
ベーカリーで修業を積んだ奥さま手作りのケーキも提供しています。
店名の「de corazon」は、スペイン語で「心より」を意味だそうです。

珈琲によってカップが違い、ゲストの好みに合わせて提供します。
雑味のないクリアな味わいの一杯です。
○チーズケーキ
しっとりと濃厚なチーズケーキです。
滑らかン舌触りです。珈琲と良く合います。
