「京のおもてなし」がかもす、くつろぎの時間

夕方、予約してある店まで時間があるのでパフェの勉強をしていこうと思います。
御池にある『茶寮翠泉 烏丸御池店』に立ち寄ります。
閉店時間が18時ということもあるのか席数があるで15時過ぎくらいというのに店内は空いておりました。
まずはメニューをみましょう。
甘味、和洋、全方位的にあります。
会員さんが単価の高いパフェ屋をオープンしたので、
贅沢いちごの抹茶プリンパフェ1,980円を注文して研究します。
女中さんからは少し時間がかかるけれど大丈夫ですかとのこと。
時間を1時間ちょっとつぶさないといけないので問題ないですと私。
来ました
いちごがたっぷりですね。
1,980円という価格に見合う量ですね。
苺の下に抹茶のスポンジの下にピスタチオのアイスクリーム。
その下にキャラメリゼしたアーモンドがあり、これが良い。
下にフランボワーズのクリーム。
その下に和三盆と豆乳の抹茶プリン。
なかなかおいしかったですね。
苺のアイテムはコスパ感が重要ですね。
いろいろなところに店がありますね。
