比較的間口の小さいお蕎麦屋さん。
レビュー時の評価点は3.70。2021年にはそば百名店にも入った。
こんかい初訪問。
入店順にカウンター席へ。奥から詰めるように指導されるのできっちり詰める。
上着は専用スペースが有るのでそっちに置けば比較的広く座れるか。
ランチ専用のセット1400円があったのでそれをお願いした。
もりそば＋炊き込みご飯。小鉢とだし巻きがちょっとずつ付く。
そばには蕎麦つゆとお塩がついてくる。
いわゆる「そばの有名店」で行われるサービスをほぼほぼ踏襲している。
細い目ではあるが風味のあるそば。
お塩をつけてみた。
粒の大きいガリッとしたお塩。なんだろ。岩塩かな～
ふむふむ、美味しい。
蕎麦つゆにネギとわさびを入れる。
つゆの量が控えめで、バランスを取るように薬味も少しずつ。
あまりべったり漬けないようにしてそばを啜る。
すっきり系ですね。
特に美味しかったのが炊き込みご飯。
生姜の香りがすると思ったが、口に入れても風味がいいし、これはいい。
昼からお酒を飲む人が多い。
のんびり飲んで酔って日常から少し飛んでみたい時によく似合うお店かもしれない。
