[Stone-ground, hand-made 100% buckwheat soba] Hand-made 100% buckwheat soba that makes no compromises in the space, buckwheat kernels, or broth.
Our soba is 100% buckwheat soba, with no additives. Please enjoy the natural taste of soba, which changes delicately with the seasons. At Roujina, we also offer a variety of dishes and alcoholic bever |
Wanting to taste the original aroma and flavor of soba, I ordered "Mori Soba" first. The moment it was served, I immediately knew from its luster and color that this soba had great potential. And it turned out to be a hit. With one bite, the aroma of the earth hits you with a "whoaaaah." I think this is the best part of soba. And then there's the "texture" and the "smoothness." The noodles are thin, but the chewy texture and smoothness down the throat reminded me of "this is what truly flavorful soba tastes like" (I once had it in Nihonbashi, Tokyo). If I have the chance, I would like to try the "evening session" soba course next time. Thank you for the meal today. Thank you♪
