地元の仲良しレビュアーさんからオススメされていたお店。
京都に行ったら伺おうと思いつつ、コロナ禍でなかなか叶わず。
毎年春と秋には訪れていた京都、今年は桜満開のタイミングで子供達と行く事が出来ました。
予約の電話対応がとても感じよく、3段階のコースもあるし、お席だけの予約でアラカルトでも良いとの事。
今回はアラカルトでお願いしました。
先行されたレビューには、お品書きの写真もありましたが、今はお品書きは無く、食材を好みやオススメの食べ方で調理してくださいます。
こじんまりした7席のカウンターで、まさにライブキッチン。
ご主人とお話ししながら、お料理やお酒を楽しめました。
もちもち濃厚な胡麻豆腐が美味しい。
甲羅盛りにされた栗蟹に添えられた、胡瓜と茗荷のおろし和え。
お造り盛りには赤貝をリクエスト。
丁寧に炭火で焼かれた筍の香りと甘さ。
〆のお食事も魅力的でしたが、お腹いっぱいで断念しました。
子供達と乾杯し、楽しい京都の夜でした。
