Belle Amer, which aims to create chocolate that is suitable for Japan while respecting the four seasons, started ``Belle Amer Kyoto Villa'' in Kyoto, a city rich in tradition and internationalism. From Kyoto, we are disseminating to the world a variety of chocolates that are carefully made one by one in specialized ateliers that carefully select materials and strictly control humidity and temperature in accordance with Japan's climate and seasons.
