土曜日、12時開店のところ11時にまず到着。なんとなく誰も来られそうにないので、新京極方面をぶらついて、11時30分に再度到着。
お店の付近をうろうろしながら11時45分にお店の前で待つことに。11時55分に私を含めて11人になりました。
イートインは10席とのことですが、テイクアウトの方もいらっしゃるのだと思います(^｡^)
12時には15人になられたようですね。
さて、開店。
入口のカウンター&ショーケースの前でメニューの説明をしていただき、そこで選びました。
・フューチャーミュージアム（2,420円）
チョコレート＋グレープフルーツ＋セロリの香り、ワールドチョコレートマスターズ国内予選で優勝したひと品、垣本シェフ渾身のスペシャリテ
とメニューに書いてあります。
セロリの香り爽やかにチョコチョコチョコのパフェ。ハーブの温かいフルーツソースをかけてチョコレートを溶かします。
クランブルみたいなクッキーみたいな感触も混ざり合った全身チョコの美味しいパフェです。時々訪れる酸味もとてもいいです。
・ピスターシュ（770円）
ローストしたピスタチオ（ということです）とフランボワーズのジュレで仕上がった綺麗なケーキ。
上にはフランボワーズがたくさん。
ピスタチオはいいですね。好きです。
フランボワーズの酸味はバランスを取ってくれて顔がほころびます。
砂糖控えめの奥義のようですが、ほんととてもいい甘さだと思います。
・飲み物はアイスブルーティー。（825円）
きょうのパフェにもケーキにもぴったりの香りの良い紅茶です。
お水のグラスもおしゃれ。
京都御所のすぐ南、おしゃれなお店でした(^○^)
