破天荒の発想を味わえる店
芹（セロリ）とグレープフルーツの組合せは、確かに似合います！たぶんショコラには固よりすこしでも肉の味わい/食感に似通う油脂や蛋白が有るということを考えたろうか、と私は個人的にかく推測しています。まあ私は鴨や鹿をショコラのソースと組合せにするのが大好きですし、ショコラは肉の一部の口当り（とろけるとかではないね（笑））を有すると、昔から思っていますけど…
ともかく様々な斬新なアイデアを実現させた店のほうが天才ですね…！
もっと有名なのは大葉と洋酒のほうで、私もかなり気になりますが、大葉だけはどうしても慣れなくて…(；´∀｀)
微妙に近くて遠い（御所は大きいからね）距離に在る店。京都に観光しに来た友達からの推薦で知ったのです。歩行距離なのにずっと知らなかったわ…いやそれより、京都に歩き回る外国人の観光客は本当に、するどい眼光を持つ人が多いもんね…
とはいえ消費力の差もありますね。外国人観光客>留学生>日本人観光客>地元社会人>学生その他って感じ（笑）（冗談です。
