京都で行きたかった垣本シェフのお店です。
雨の中並びましたが20分くらいかな。先にスイーツを選ばせてくれるのが嬉しい。
ショーケースからアッサンブラージュAとたるとしを選び、あとはスペシャリテのグラスでセール「Future of Museums」を。
アッサンブラージュBも気になっていたのだけど直前で売り切れでした。
ドリンクにアルコールも選べるのが嬉しい。
スコッチもあるとか歓喜でした。ラフロイグをチョイス。あとはホットのドリップコーヒー。
グラスデセールはグレープフルーツとセロリ、ディルの香りがアクセント。美味しかったけど一点、中のアイスクリームだけがあれ？とう味でした。
アッサンブラージュAがいちばん気に入りました。チョコレートの香りに、バナナのリキュール、コーヒー、キャラメルとすごくいいバランス（スコッチにも合う）
隣のおじさんのが「俺はシェフの幼馴染み」話があまりにも大きな声でちょっと辟易としたりとかありましたけど総じて好き。また来たいです。
