The lunch menu, which was started in response to enthusiastic requests from regular customers, features 100% buckwheat soba noodles made by the chef, who loves soba so much that he travels to Shinshu to buy soba-making equipment, and a rice dish that changes every day. In the coming season, we offer charcoal-grilled seasonal conger eel and eel. Try them with white-grilled or wasabi.
