年始のタイミングで御幸町田がわさんに伺いました。奥行きのあるお部屋にL字のゆったりスペースのカウンターで、定番ではなく、ワクワク感のあるお料理を堪能しました。
白子の天ぷらと炭火で直焼きした昆布締めフグの身を湯呑み茶碗で、よく混ぜて頂く先付けからのスタートです。その後もお節料理、白味噌のお椀、からし酢味噌和えのお造り、蟹肉と蟹味噌のあんかけ、最後には牛頬肉の柔らかにと想定を遥かに超える美味しい、楽しいお料理でした。そしてご飯が3品、驚きです。
