前々から伺いたかったけど、タイミング的にも合うのが少なく、やっと今回年御幸町 田がわさんに行くことが出来ました。前のふじさんがあった場所で、L字のゆったりスペースの堀こたつカウンターでした。
料理が始まるまで、玉露茶が提供されます。
先付けとしてフグ白子の天ぷらと炭火で直焼きした昆布締めフグの身が入った湯呑み茶碗の上に縁起物の葉が載せられて、それを取り除いてよく混ぜて頂きます。こんなフグをいただくのは初めてで大変感動しました。新年明けて2週目ということでお節素材の八寸、白味噌仕立てのお椀、からし酢味噌和えのお造り、甘鯛の焼き物、あん肝、牛頬肉柔か煮、こちらの予想以上の料理でした。最後はご飯ですけど、一種類でなく三種類のご飯が登場しました。
感動的な一夜でした。
