マンションの1階と2階にあります。
見上げると布団が干してある笑
1階9席、2階11席、一斉スタートになります。
運良く1階に案内されました。
店主は1階と2階の往復で不在時間が長すぎる。
一部の料理(名物のお出汁作り、刺身切り、蟹を焼く、お抹茶)は店主が担当しますが、お出汁作り以外は｢？｣です。
そして段取りが悪く料理の提供が遅い。
料理はどれもシンプル。室町和久傳の方が決められた予算内で創意工夫して調理してるので、私には好感度が高かったです。
井戸水の白湯からスタートし、白味噌雑煮、出汁、椀物、〆5種(全種類ＯＫ、九条ネギの煮麺やふぐ雑炊)お抹茶とお腹がもうタプタプ笑
期待値を上げすぎたからか･･･帰省ついでだったので良かったですが、遠征するほとではないな～
交通費を考えると、東京の和久傳出身のお店に行く方がいいと思いました。
また個室・雰囲気・器・接客と総合的な満足度なら、菊乃井の方が良いのと思いました。
