一度行ってみたかったお店に、ようやく行くことができました。2階もあり、私は1階のカウンター席に案内されました。大将は始めの方はこちらのカウンターにおられて、にこやかにお話をされていました。若い方たちも、柔らかい表情でてきぱきと仕事をされ、初訪問の私も居心地良く過ごせました。
写真撮影は不可と聞いていたので料理の写真は無し。
終盤、焼豚ラーメン、じゃこご飯、焼き牡蠣のお茶漬け、帆立ご飯（元々は牛肉ですが、食べられないので変えてもらいました）を、好きなものを好きな量で、というすばらしいシステムです！太っ腹です（自分の腹が・・笑）！
退店時には大将がお見送りしてくださいました。とても満足感があり、夕食は食べませんでした。評判のお出汁をいただき、自分も鰹節を削ろうか・・という気持ちが湧いてきました。お料理も接客も丁寧にされている、素敵なお店です。
