削り節のあら節、ほんかる節をまずそのままいただき、それに昆布だしを入れて透明な出汁をいただきました 美味しい

すごかったのが〆のご飯は、鯛のこ白子の玉じめ・
じゃこの黄身のせご飯・桜エビご飯・アサリと蛤の貝ラーメンのどれか一つ二つでもいいし全部を少しずつでもいい
私は全部を少しずついただきました
どれも美味しいかったです。貝ラーメンはお腹の余裕があればもう少し欲しかったです
メレンゲヨモギの蒸し菓子
その後、店主が抹茶をたてていただきました
これだけ京都で食べて税込み、サービス込みで
14520円なんて破格です
ビールを一杯いただいたので15000円を少し超えたぐらいです
また、行きたくなりました
店主も一組ずつ丁寧に挨拶していただきました
