本日はこちらへ。
富小路通り沿いにある、人気のパティスリーです。平日16時過ぎ頃伺うと、お客さんはチラホラという感じ。イートインも出来るため、せっかくなので利用させてもらいました。ケーキは残り僅か、その中から好みのものをチョイスすることに。
・マサラ 680円/税込
・アイスコーヒー 732円/税込
スパイスの風味が抜けるミルクチョコの層と、香りが豊かなアッサムティ、レモンピール。甘過ぎることなく、落ち着きのある味わい。紅茶、チョコ、というようなストレートな感じは無く、スパイスによる複雑な変化を楽しめます。スポンジや生クリームの口溶けもよく、非常に軽く食べられました。
アイスコーヒーはほろ苦くスッキリしたもの。
たっぷりだけど、ちょっと高いかな…、個人的に、メインのケーキより高いのは気に入らない。
ご馳走様でした。
ケーキ自体は上品なお味で満足です。また機会があれば。
