I passed by this store and visited this store on my way home from work. The interior of the restaurant was spacious, and I sat down at an empty table and ordered ``Tandanmen'' (1,120 yen) and ``Shrimp Crystal Gyoza / Dumpling'' (590 yen). While I was waiting for my food, I was served tea in a ceramic bot. I'm here. The bowl is filled with minced meat, green vegetables, and chopped green onions, and powdered Japanese pepper is sprinkled on top. The light soup, which seems to be based on chicken bones, is made with plenty of sesame seeds, giving it a rich, rich aroma, and the spicy chili oil and the mild numbing sensation of the Japanese pepper. The noodles are thin, hand-rolled noodles, and the soup is coated with them, making them crispy and smooth and light. The greens are crunchy, and the pork mince is scooped up with a spoonful of soup. The ``Shrimp Crystal Gyoza / Dumpling'' had cut shrimp inside the thick, plump skin, and was delicious with a firm and chewy texture. The atmosphere of the restaurant and the customer service of the staff were good, and I was able to enjoy a delicious meal in a relaxed manner.
