京都市中京区で出逢った手鞠鮨と日本茶が楽しめるお店
今回は手鞠鮨14貫と最中、日本茶1煎のセットにて楽しんで来ました☺️
手鞠鮨は宴席で舞妓ちゃんのおちょぼ口でも化粧を崩さず食べやすいようにと、気を利かした京の板前によるおもてなしから生まれたのがきっかけ
ころっとした見た目も可愛い手鞠鮨は、鯛や帆立、寒鰤などの旬の魚介ネタに様々な薬味を合わせたオリジナリティのあるこだわり
帆立にバジルオリーブとピンクペッパーを合わせたイタリアンな感じや、トマトのオイル漬けと炙り牛肉だったり、揚げた卵黄を乗せたものなどの変わり種もあったり見て楽しい食べて美味しいものばかり
1個1個がぎゅっと握られているので食べ応え有り
セットの日本茶は『西川奥緑 冠茶』☕️
こっくりとしたお茶の旨味がぐわ〜っと広がる出汁のような美味しさ！
手鞠鮨の酢飯の甘酸っぱさを包み込んでくれるようで相性ばっちりでした✨
お茶は単品で頼むと40度、60度、90度の3段階で抽出温度を変えて3煎楽しめるとの事で、飲み比べたいとも思ったので茎の部分を使用した『極上 雁金茶』を追加！
1煎目はすっきりとした味わいで、『西川奥緑 冠茶』とも確かに違う！
そして2煎から3煎となるに従って香りと苦味がしっかり感じられるようになり、回数を重ねる毎に飲み慣れた味わいになっていくのも面白かった☺️
店内は一枚板の大きな木のテーブルや漆黒に煌びやかな絵の施されたカウンターテーブルなど、シンプルで落ち着きのある中にもこだわりの詰まった豪華さのある内装✨
大人の京都デートにもぴったりなお店でした( ´ ▽ ` )
