今日はBMしていたこちらのお店にランチをいただきに訪れるに、店内は奥行きがありテーブル席とカウンター席がどちらでも良いという事でしたのでカウンター席でいただく事にしました。
メニューを拝見するとお昼のセットは３種類、この後も食べ歩きの予定をしいたので「手鞠鮨14貫セット」(2,800円)をいただく事にしました。
木製のお盆トレーに乗せられた陶器のお皿に「鯛、〆鯖、帆立、鮭、縞鯵、酔蝦、紋甲烏賊、鮪、聖護院蕪千枚漬、鴨ロース、煮穴子、稲荷、卵黄、いくら」の14種類の手毬鮨が盛り付けられ、パプリカと万願寺が添えられ彩も豊かで日本茶とモナカも付いています。
手鞠鮨はそれぞれの素材に個性的なアレンジがされており斬新で美味しく色々な味を楽しむ事ができ、おおきさもひとくちサイズなので女性の方でも食べやすくなっています。
今回の日本茶は茎茶の「極上雁金茶」が提供され仄かな甘みと旨みがある軽やかな飲み口、モナカは栗や紫芋の甘みにマスカルポーネの濃厚さもあり美味しくいただきました。
一般的なにぎり鮨ですと14種類いただくのは大変ですが、ひとくちサイズの手毬鮨なので少食の方にも程よい良い量だと思います。
たっぷりと食べたい方は天ぷらや茶碗蒸し、おばんざいもセットになった「月替わりセット」(4,500円)が良いと思います。
