都内以外はあまりあげないようにしてるんですが
美味しかったお店はどうしても知ってほしく
今回みたいに投稿できればと思ってます
というわけで京都で感動したビストロ。
美味しいお店あるよと教えていただき
前日に予約して訪問した
「カフェビストロ オーボンモルソー」さん
三条京阪や京都市役所前から徒歩5分ほど、
ナチュラルなお洒落さを感じる外観
店内は雰囲気かわいいし
メニューがたくさんあって楽しい
壁いっぱいに貼られたポスターや小物など、
フランスの小粋なビストロの雰囲気
料理もビストロと言いつつリヨン料理中心
リヨン料理に焦点あてること少ないから新鮮
クネルとかも初めて聞いた！
そんでどれも美味しい！
身近な食材を調理で美味しくしてるのが流石
あと個人的には接客が好みすぎた
店員さんのスタンスがオープンなんだけど
付かず離れずいい感じの距離感で素敵
定期的に通いたいビストロに出会いました
こういうお店に出会えるから開拓はたまらん
