Ramen Uroko, which has long lines in Osaka every day, has opened in Kyoto! The signature dish, "Shio Ramen," is made with clear soup that has been slowly prepared and back fat added, allowing you to e |
I'm heading to Kyoto, but I still want to eat Ramen! So I went to Uroko-san, which is within walking distance from the hotel. ! Ramen is always good, anytime, anywhere. I was lucky to be able to enter the restaurant without waiting! I was shown to a Kyoto-style seating area. It was my first time to take my shoes off at a Ramen restaurant. I was worried that my boots would get sweaty () We shared the recommended salt Ramen and fried rice. I wonder if the salt Ramen is made with bonito? The soup stock was very strong, and the bonito flakes were used quite a lot, and yet the noodles were thick! It was Ramen that surprised me in many ways. Delicious. It had a no-guilt taste. And the fried rice was also delicious! The pepper was quite strong, and the spicy fried rice went well with Ramen. I prefer dried sardine soy sauce, but I'm starting to like salt again. . That was Ramen. Thank you for the meal✰
