The second store of Karasuma Oike's popular Italian Cuisine restaurant "fudo" https://www.fudokyoto.com/ |
When you search for a store in Kyoto, To. always comes up. On this day, my wish came true and I was able to go. And what we received were: ・Yokowa tuna and pickled Prosciutto ・Mackerel carpaccio ・Deep-fried chicken wings with Mao Zedong spices ・Potesala Croquette with gorgonzola and smoked fish ・Crab miso and wild watercress Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) with Japanese pepper. First of all, this is the must-see Hachito. Bridge. It looks and tastes interesting. Do Chocolate and liver go together? That's what I thought, but they were in perfect harmony. The tuna and Prosciutto could both be main dishes, but it was a strange feeling that they didn't fight each other, and they were both delicious. And this mackerel carpaccio. There was no way I could have made a mistake based on the name, but I was sure (in Japanese). It goes really well with this sauce! It was so delicious that I wanted a second helping. Next is fried chicken wings. This was so delicious! Mao Zedong spice, which goes well with crispy fried chicken, was the winner of the day. I also took my hat off to the service where they gave me an extra towel because my hands would get dirty. Finish off with creative Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles)! Too delicious! It was so delicious that I ate it all. The Japanese pepper was also not too spicy and was just right. I will definitely repeat here. It was too delicious. Thank you for your wonderful time.
