This is a shop located just east of the Imperial Palace. I had the lotus root/Kujo green onion burger (1430 yen). It is sandwiched with crunchy Kujo green onion and fried lotus root. It was seasoned with chuno sauce (demiglace?), but it was quite a strong seasoning. This may be because the patty is 100% meat and has almost no seasoning, but I personally liked the smaller portion and the lighter taste. The deliciousness of the buns is astounding. With the taste of this bun, I feel like a regular cheeseburger (+ avocado) would be very delicious. For men, one may not be enough in terms of quantity. Will you feel a little fuller if you eat some fries? The staff were very kind and nice ♪
