今回いただいたのは
⚪︎牡蠣と和牛のすき焼き(2800円)
⚪︎白い卵のオムライス(1600円)
牡蠣と和牛のすき焼きは
牡蠣の出汁が入った割り下がプレートの真ん中に入ってて
広島県産の牡蠣と、低温調理されたA5黒毛和牛のお肉を
つけて食べるスタイル。
冷めちゃうから早めに食べるのがおすすめ。
お肉がジューシーで柔らかくて美味しかった！
割り下からしっかり牡蠣出汁を感じました(^^)
オムライスは米を食べて育った鶏の卵を使っていて、
びっくりの見た目の白いオムライス！
卵の下にはチーズも入ってて、
バジルと大豆のバターのソースと一緒に食べたらイタリアンな味。
新感覚のオムライスでした！
