For several years now, when I go to Kyoto, I have been stopping by when the timing is right. This time I made a reservation from Tabelog, but unfortunately the same course was almost 5,000 yen more expensive, so I thought I'd have to do some research. I feel that the chef's honest personality is reflected in the many dishes that have a typical Kyoto atmosphere.
