久々にランチを取るため、この辺りに寄ってみるとお店が変わってました。
ボロネーゼ専門店との事で、本日はこちらでランチ。
取り合えず初めてなので、1番人気の熟成チーズのボロネーゼ ダブルサイズ 1,400円を注文。先払いで、現金かPaypayのみ使えるようです。
こちらのお店では標準サイズがダブルサイズの240gで、240gは国際サイズだそうです。
ちゃんと見本も置いてあり、「こちらのサイズになりますが、大丈夫ですか？」と聞いてくれるので初めての方でも安心して注文できます。
混んでる割には提供は早めに思いました。
自慢のボロネーゼの上にたっぷりのフワフワに削られたチーズが乗っています。
これを崩してパスタに絡めていただきます。
ピゴリという極太生パスタは、モッチモチの食感。食べ応えがあります。
またボロネーゼソースは、肉の食感が感じられるソースで確かにミートソースとは別物です。
チーズはクセが無く、口溶けもいいです。
個人的にはダブルでは、量が物足りませんでしたが味は満足です。
店員さんも親切です。あとはクレジットが使えれば個人的には助かります。
