Kyoto (Sanjo) / Hidehide Sakaba Head to Hidehide Sakaba, which just opened in Sanjo, Kyoto last December, where you can enjoy Szechuan Cuisine and Shanghainese cuisine. The interior is a Chinese Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) space with red and green colors. Both counter and table seats are available. ◎ Mobile ordering makes ordering easy ✨ Sichuan has a strong image of being spicy, but the famous Sichuan-style mapo tofu was arranged to suit the Japanese palate, so I enjoyed it even though I'm not a fan of spicy food. My favorite among them was the "shrimp with mayo sauce." It was so delicious that we all kept coming back.
