二条城で桜を見に来たので近くにあったこちらへ行く事に❗️11:45位の訪問ですがスムーズに入店❗️
お店はこじんまりとしてますね〜
夫婦で切り盛りしてるんですかね⁉️
バックミュージックは意外にもスムースジャズ♩♪
注文はざるそば大盛¥1,000にしてみました(*^^*)
数分でざるそば出てきますよ❗️
大盛は3段積み(*^^)v
わさび、ねぎの薬味、それと煎りごまsetが付いてきます‼️
そばの麺は更科なので白い麺‼️
先ずは蕎麦だけを食べてみました‼️
そばの香り良くほんのり甘みもある‼️歯応えも好みの感じ‼️細麺ですよ‼️
つけ汁は出汁が効いてて少し甘めだけど良いお味です(*^^)v
この蕎麦ならつけ汁なしでも良いかなと思う美味しい蕎麦‼️
接客も丁寧で凄く良いお店でした(*^^*ゞ
