平日のお昼に2人で伺いました。
ランチより、好きなものを食べたかったので
アラカルトにしました。
ランチタイムだったので、マダムたちやカップル、
ビジネスマンで賑わっていました。
ワインはハーフで3種類。
モッツァレラチーズと甘いトマト
前菜5種盛り
生ウニのパスタ
本日のお魚グリル(舞茸)
ヘーゼルナッツのソフトクリーム
カプチーノ
素材をそのまま楽しむスタイル！
(それが一番調理難しいんだろうけど)
あんまり凝った味つけをしていないお料理が多いかな。
完全に好みの問題ですが、個人的には味付けが
少し物足りなく感じました。
シェフの意気込みとこだわりは感じられます！
甘党の私はヘーゼルナッツのソフトクリームが
一番美味しかったです！
あとモッツァレラチーズと！
お料理の単価が高いので、
夜は大人数で行ってシェアがいいかなと思いました。
