以前ランチで利用させていただいたことがありますが、今回は初めてのディナー。高い方の8000円のコースをチョイス。
まずきれいな前菜が運ばれてきてテンションが上がります。ハムも野菜も抜群の味。ゆっくり頂きました。
パスタが2種出てきますが、この日はエビ（天使の海老だったと思います）とカラスミのパスタと、ニョッキでした。たっぷりチーズをかけてもらった濃厚な味のニョッキが特に気に入りました。
メインは仔牛か、四万十ポークか、鯛とホタテかから選べるようになっており、ポークをチョイス。驚くほど柔らかく、素材の良さがよく分かります。
ドルチェはヘーゼルナッツソフトアイス。現地のヘーゼルナッツペーストを仕入れ、自作されているとのことでした。ピスタチオのものはよく見かけますがヘーゼルナッツのアイスは初めて。濃厚で口の中で丸く広がり、エスプレッソとよく合います。
コース8000円に、飲み物数千円は決して安くはないですが、実際に頂いてみると、コスパはとても良いです。少し特別な日にまたリピートします！ごちそうさまでした！
