リニューアル当日に伺いました
今回こちらのお店は店名も新たにリニューアルオープンしたようですね。今回たまたまリニューアル当日にこちらで晩餐を営むことになりました。
店内は非常にスタイリッシュに仕上がっており、とことんモダンです。メニューの並びもヌーベルチャイニーズと言った感じで、四川料理をベースに独創性を感じます。
びっくりしたのが、フカヒレの姿煮です。非常に大振りで、これだけでコースのお値段をいただいても良いくらいのボリューム、かつおいしさでした。
エビチリグラタンも非常に濃厚な仕上がりで、美味しかったです。
麻婆豆腐とご飯の相性は抜群で、程よい辛味がちょうどいいです。
お値段以上に楽しめました。ご馳走さまでした。

ここはリニューアルの時にお邪魔して以来の来店になりました。今回は12000円のコースをいただきました。
前菜や、前半の帆立の炒め物などは、やはり流石のレベルを感じました。また、名物の麻婆豆腐は、ご飯との相性も抜群で、大変美味しかったです。
途中で出てきたフカヒレの煮込みは、以前にいただいたものとは少し趣向が変わってましたね。前の方が良かったかも。
デザートは美味しかったですね。雰囲気はかなり良かったです。
