陳家系の四川麻婆豆腐を食べたくてコスパの良いランチにやってきた。
ランチの麻婆豆腐コースは
サラダ、スープ(玉子)、麻婆豆腐、白ご飯、デザート(フルーツ杏仁豆腐)の5品。
3年熟成の郫県豆板醤(ピーシェントウバンジャン)を使った麻婆豆腐はピリっと舌に山椒の痺れが残る位の強目の刺激なのでお子さんには厳しいそうだが、
私はこのピリっがクセになってしまう感じだ。
とても美味しかった。
