亡き祖父の七回忌法要を知恩院にて執り行った後、
祖母の宿泊先であるホテルオークラに入っている、
こちらの入舟さんにて家族で会食を。
ランチなのでそこまで値段を張らなくても・・・と思ったが、
１万円（税・サ別）のコースを予約していたらしい。
鱧葛叩きや鮎塩焼きを筆頭に、
トータルとして、料理自体はとても美味しかった。
（鮎は少しばかり養殖感もあったが無問題）
ただ、サービス面がちょっといただけなかったかな。
この手の、特に有名ホテルに入っているお店というのは、
きめ細かいサービスも大きな売りの１つだと思っている。
ただのテナントというワケにはいかず、
ホテルのブランド・信用にも関わる部分でもあるからだ。
…が、である。
お茶を言わないと持ってこない。
ご飯のおかわりは自由だと言うくせに、
『おかわりいかがですか？』という種類の声掛けが無い。
赤出汁の量がみんなそれぞれ違う。
下げ物をするときに、着物の袖が料理に当たる。
個室なのでチェックが行き届きにくいのはわかるが、
じゃあ、何のためのガラス張りの扉なのかという話。
どれもまったく難しいことじゃないので、
今後のそこらの改善を強く望みたいところであった。
せっかくの七回忌後のシーンが・・・と。
料理が美味しかったのと、窓からの景色が綺麗だったのが救い。
