やっとこさ訪問の機会があり行ってきました
カウンターのみのこじんまりしたビストロ
ちょい強面のシェフ一人です
アラカルトも頼んでみたかったので
プチディナーコース2500円に
フランス産鴨ロースのローストわさび風味のドレッシングサラダ仕立て
和牛ホホ肉の赤ワイン煮込みブレゼスタイルクリーミーなポテト添え
チーズ盛り合わせ
グラスワイン2杯はサービス券＋1杯
以上の様に注文
最初はパテ…薄味ですがボリュームたっぷり、個人的にはもう少し濃いめが良かった
野菜のスープ…薄味だが美味い、バケット染み込ませながらいただく
魚…鯛のポアレ粒マスタードソース？ふんわりしっとりパリッとしていて美味い
楽しみにしていた頬肉…これは食べるべき、美味い文句無し、ほろっとほぐれて赤ワインとは最高に合います
鴨…ボリュームたっぷり、うまし、あっさり
チーズ盛り合わせ…おつまみとしてはいいですが次はイイかなぁ違うの頼みたい
デザート…クレームブリュレ＋カシスシャーベット…シャーベットうまし、たっぷり
コーヒー…香ばしい香り、問題なし
全体的にあっさり系、ガッツリいきたいというよりはサラッと量が食べれそうな味付け
ワインはグラスで頼んだけどアラカルトで頼んでボトルもアリかな
とりあえず次はランチ行ってみようと思う
次も来たいと思わせる味でした
