うどん屋さんとしてレベル高し！ボンバうどんはチーズ香り、パスタの様なお味♪
変わりうどんを出される『るりお』さんに初訪ですわ。まずねえ、ボンバうどんかなあ。トマト味の出汁にチーズとうどんが入っていて、これをpizzaの生地で蓋をしてオーブンで焼くと出来上がり♪みたいな変わりうどん！これねえ、お味は予想通りで、思ったよりチーズがいい意味で、強い。お味のイメージは、ほぼパスタ。とても美味しい一品になっています。この出汁に、蓋のpizza生地を浸して頂くと、これも美味い。うどんとpizzaを食べるようなもんやから、お腹も膨らみますわ。で、仲間は普通のざるうどんを頂いていたので、少し分けてもらうと、美味いコシ系のおうどんでした。うどんは全体にレベル高い♪ちょっと厳しいと感じたのが居心地で、土間とテーブル席の組み合わせなんやけど、土間は掘りごたつ式でないし、テーブルは背もたれ無し。両方の席で少々体幹が問われる仕様になってました。ここが、惜しいな。最後に、今は飲めへんけど、梅酒の蔵酒が60種類を超える！これは、楽しい。今度は飲みに来なあかんね(^o^)

訪れたのは22年1月。まん延防止措置が引かれてしまって、お店は、お酒出すなら20:30迄、閉店は21時迄。という基本的な指示が降りて来てるはずなんやけど、京都市は、裏でもっとキツイ規制を敷いてない？結構なお店が20時閉店。種類提供は、無しになってる(ToT)。コチラも、残念なことに酒類提供無しの19:30ラストオーダーやった。今日はざるうどんに鶏天のセット970円を頂きました。うどんはコシ系で、歯応えあって、大変美味しい。鶏天は、とてもジューシーで薄味に作ってあって、お塩を少し付けて食べるタイプ。これもええ！ホンマ、お料理は素晴らしいし、コチラ、梅酒も頑張ってはるから、楽しいお店なんやけど。う~ん。楽しさが半減ですわ。皆、白けちゃって、外食っていう文化が壊れていってる気がします。残念や。
