ちょっと高めだけど美味しいという評判で予約して伺いました。少し期待値が高すぎたかもしれないです。お刺身の盛り合わせ、筍と山菜の天ぷらとかは普通でしたかね。
花山椒鍋があったので嬉しく。ウルイや筍も入っていました。ちょっとお汁の味が濃いなー。関東人もびっくりでした。シュウマイは、実山椒のせということで注文してみたのですが、あれ？実山椒をのせただけで市販の安いチルドシュウマイのような味…豚かしらや鶏入りでしょうか。臭みが強いです。
好きだったのは大葉としば漬けの飯むし。もち米入りかな？蒸されて甘みを感じるご飯に爽やかな大葉がたっぷり。しば漬けも京都らしく美味しい！
鯖寿司も食べたけどそちらは可もなく不可もなく、って感じだったので断然、飯むしがすすめです。
ちなみに…接客は京都らしさをすごく感じてしまいました。
まぁ、旅行客は常連さんとは違いますもんね。しょうがないですよね。
