二条駅が最寄りのパン工房『coneruya（コネルヤ）』を訪ねます。
鮮やかなグリーンをベースにしたパン屋さんで、小さな店内いっぱいにパンの香りが広がっております。タグラインに”手作り”の文字が掲げられる通り、隣の工房で手作りされたパンが次々に運び込まれます。パンを手でこねるからコネルヤなのかな？
その中にあってナンバーワンの人気を誇るのが「エンゼル・ノア」。ふわふわ、ふかふかなタッチが印象的。その中にもローストした胡桃が味に食感にとアクセントになっております。メープルシュガーな甘味もまた幸福感を作ってくれます。
「うずらたまご入りカレーパン」もランチどきの売れ筋商品なのだとか。カリカリを超えたガリガリの衣が厳つめ。辛口の自家製カレーの風味もいいが、特に肉の旨味の強さに驚かされます。中にはうずらが丸々１つ入っており、これもまた満足感を増長してくれます。「ウインナードーナツ」の衣もまた同じガリガリ系。ウインナー入りのパン見つけるとついつい買ってしまいます。笑。
