久しぶり、お昼に訪問。壬生にある昔ながらの中華屋さんです。瓶ビール¥550-と餃子¥420-をオーダー。
瓶ビールを呑みながら餃子を待ちます。
こちらのお店は味噌だれがお勧めと聞いてましたので酢、醤油を使わずにいただきます。ニンニク臭のしない野菜たっぷりの餃子はなんだか健康的です。ビールより白ごはんの方がピッタリなイメージ。ぎょうざを追加、皮を延ばして餡を包んでくださいます。出来たて、焼きたてのぎょうざ！美味しく頂きました。ご馳走さまです。
