店内は、L字のカウンターに、背を向けて壁側にもカウンター席があるお店で、メニューはぎょうざを中心に、焼飯、天津麺&天津飯とラーメンとシンプルなメニュー構成です。
老舗の餃子はお土産に折り詰めにしたり、地方発送も可能なようです。
オーダーしたのは、餃子定食(大)。
お茶碗にいっぱいのごはんに、お漬物、鶏を炊いた黄金色の上品なスープ。
このスープが、たまらなくシンプルなのに優しい鶏だしのスープです。
大きめの餃子が豪快に12個も盛り付けられていて
餃子のタレに、自家製の辣油でいただく他にも、壺に入った味噌ダレでいただくのもオススメ。
